Most business owners do not have a financial plan. They have a bank balance they check too often, a vague revenue goal in their head, and a quiet hope that this year works out better than the last. That is not a plan. That is a wish with a logo on it. Business financial planning is how you swap the hoping for knowing. It is the difference between reacting to your numbers after the fact and deciding, in advance, what you want them to do.
