We run a modern practice. That means specialist software and a small number of trusted providers do part of the work alongside our team. This page lists the providers that store, process or can access client information, what they do for us, and where the information sits. It is referenced in our engagement terms, and we update it before anything changes.
What we expect of every provider on this list
- They use your information only to provide services to us. The one exception is Stripe, which also uses payment details under its own privacy policy, for example to prevent fraud.
- They must keep it confidential.
Apart from Stripe, they act only for us, so we remain responsible for your information under the Privacy Act wherever it is held.
- AI tools we use on your information are on terms that stop them training on it.
Providers that store or process client information
"Where the information is held" is the country where the provider's servers keep the data, not where the company is based.
